You will be taken to a page that looks like this below. Enter all your information. Please note that your address must be residential, and not a PO Box. If you do not have a PayPal account, click here to create an account so you can get paid. Lastly, please enter a valid phone number in the appropriate section because you will receive a call that will ask you to enter a PIN number on the following page:

Once you enter all your information from the previous screen, you will be taken to the page you see below. When you receive your phone call with the PIN number, enter it in the appropriate box as you see below.
